Everyone at Seattle Central College wishes you, our students, wellness and safety. We recognize the public health challenges, racial injustice, and local and global conflicts that continue to affect our community in a deep way.  We offer this video and information sheet on mindful practices in support of your well-being .

Instant Calm guided meditation

Our very own Tiffani Koyano from eLearning is multi-talented and also teaches yoga. In this video, Tiffani offers techniques to find instant calm in a time of crisis.
