Everyone at Seattle Central College wishes you, our students, wellness and safety. As we enter the last weeks of spring quarter, we recognize the public health challenges and racial injustice that's affecting our community in a deep way.  We offer this video and information sheet on mindful practices in support of your well-being .

Instant Calm guided meditation

Our very own Tiffani Koyano from eLearning is multi-talented and also teaches yoga. In this video, Tiffani offers techniques to find instant calm in a time of crisis.
