What is AI?

Artificial Intelligence is "the ability of a digital computer or computer-controlled robot to perform tasks commonly associated with intelligent beings" (Britannica).

A chatbot is a computer program designed to have a conversation with a human.

Natural Language Processing refers to the ability for computers to understand and produce written and spoken language as humans do.
