Can I search the databases and other e-resources even when I'm not on campus?

Yes, if you are a current Seattle Central student or employee. Licensing agreements do not allow access for other users.

How do I connect from off-campus?

Starting spring quarter 2021, use your MySeattleColleges email account/password to access the library's database subscriptions for research articles, images, ebooks, streaming video.

Use the same MySeattleColleges account to access your library account so you can request items, see what you have checked out, and renew items.

Where can I find detailed information about the MySeattleColleges login?

NOTE:  The MySeattleColleges password you create expires every 120 days.  In order to (re)set your MySeattleColleges password or see your credentials, you have to log in to the MySeattleColleges Login Tools page. 

As of March 1, 2021, and until further notice, you have two options to use the Login Tools:

Option A:  your new ctcLink ID (also known as EMPLID) and your ctcLink password [this is the default]

Option B:  your old student ID (SID) and your 8-digit birthdate (mmddyyyy) [this is a different screen; you have to click the blue text ‘don’t have your ctcLink ID…’ to access this option]
