ELLLO has videos, audio recordings, and written material across several different English skill levels. Some of these are interviews or conversations among a variety of people. There are learning materials to accompany some of the videos.
We Speak NYC
We Speak NYC videos feature immigrants to New York City as they handle important topics such as education, health, and finding work. Videos include study guides with practice activities, vocabulary, and related reading.
USA Learns
USA Learns has content in three different English skill levels. The material is available in units, and each unit has a video to watch, along with material to practice spelling, speaking, listening, and vocabulary. You will need to make an account to use this website, but it is free.

BBC English Lingohack
Lingohack is the current series of news videos from BCC English. According to the BBC English website, you can "[l]isten to and watch authentic BBC World news bulletins and learn key words and phrases that help you make sense of the news."
News in Levels
News in Level gives world news for students of English that you can watch and read in three different levels.
Learning English TV
ESL videos in three levels. You can choose the level in the blue bar at the top of the page. There are a series of one-minute videos based on recent news, and several other videos also include material based on recent news.
News in Slow English
This site weekly news material read slowly, with the text available to read as you listen. Although the most recent materials are from 2017, the webpage says that more will be added in the future.
